From 4 pm. The key is ready for you, and we are nearby.
Departure
Until 11 am. Dishwasher on, door closed. That is all.
Payment
25 percent on booking, the rest up to two weeks before arrival.
Cancellation
Free up to 28 days before arrival. From 27 days before arrival, 90% of the nightly rate is due. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the neighbouring Zollhaus. The apartments there are also holiday rentals – we therefore ask you to be considerate of the other guests, as these are shared facilities.
We are happy to arrange bicycles through our rental partner Christel. They are delivered directly to Maison Lütt and picked up there again.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets cannot be brought to Maison Lütt.
Is there a baby cot and a high chair?
Yes, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Can we park at the house?
Yes, a private parking space belongs to the house.
Is smoking permitted?
Maison Lütt is a non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Is the final cleaning included in the price?
The final cleaning (€95) is added to the nightly rate and shown during booking.
Is the gallery suitable for children?
The sleeping gallery is reached via a space-saving staircase; both sides have a handrail, the steps are 21 cm deep and 60 cm wide. Children should be confident on stairs – use is at your own risk.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation is free up to 28 days before arrival. From 27 days before arrival, 90% of the nightly rate is due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
How and when do I pay?
A deposit of 25% is due on booking. The balance is payable up to two weeks before arrival.
